Artist's Comments

The line art for this is nearly a year old, the coloring itself did not take that long, but I admit, the .psd file looks much better than this small compressed blurryness.

The title came from *Kameira's recent journal entry.

So yeah, I turned my Leviathan into a Colossus, from the Shadow of Colossus game. Awesome awesome game, too bad I have not touched it in a year.

I feel pretty excited. Despite the fact that I am no longer employed (Moving to the East Bay in California!!!) I have been finishing arts that have long been neglected. I feel energetic and happy.

Hopefully there will be more posts from me soon... well as soon as we are moved in to our new home.

For now, enjoy the fan art. ^^

Yes indeed! An awesome game it is.
My favorite colossus was the big snake/worm like thing in the desert. With the air sacs and the big scaly fins.

'Twas fun to run along beside the fins, standing on Agro's back then jumping across as it's about to take off again :D

Oh hey, did you ever finish that competition of yours? I can't remeber hearing who the winner was, although I may have just missed it...

You found Me, in shallow grave
You dragged Me, up from beneath it all
You healed Me, saved Me

In the nick of time, Your perfect time

the leviathan is chokeful of detail... and you get a really sense of depth throught just the fading of the tail... lovely background and sky ... rendered in photoshop? then i have to say your skills are going way up towards awesomeness!
